Crysis Warhead is a standalone release and does not require Crysis to play.

Rough Story Line:
In Crysis Warhead, players will don the Nanosuit of Sergeant Sykes,
also known as ‘Psycho’, one of the most memorable characters from
Crysis. More brash and aggressive than his Delta Force squadmate
Nomad, players will experience Psycho’s parallel story during the
events of the original game, finding that life on the other side of
the island is even more intense and explosive than they ever could
have imagined. Luckily, Psycho’s Nanosuit is just as capable and he’s
equipped with an even bigger arsenal of fully customizable weapons
and new vehicles, giving players access to the tools they need to
dominate any situation.
A standard combat mission behind enemy lines becomes critical when
you discover your enemies have captured something of vital importance
to the ensuing war. Its down to you to retrieve the cargo, at any cost.

Crysis WARHEAD Installation:
1) Extract the rar’s with WinRAR, 7-Zip, or WinACE
_____If you get "CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt"! or other WinRar error, use repair command:
_____Open Winrar from the Start Menu. Navigate to and select the damaged file. Click "Repair" on the toolbar
2) Mount or Burn the iso.
_____Mount: use the included Microsoft Virtual ROM tool,
___________or whatever you prefer. Then, find the new drive in "My Computer"
_____or
_____Burn: burning software has the option to "Burn from Image".
__________"CrysisWarhead.iso" is the image.
__________You’ll need a Dual-Layer DVD burner and software like Nero,
__________plus a blank Dual-Layer DVD disk.
_____Mounting is faster, cheaper, and easier, but requires HDD space
_____Burning to Disk costs more and is slow, but gives a Hard Copy

These specs really are minimum. In Devmode, the RAM usage was displayed at 951MB with minimum settings
Therefore the suggested minimum of 1 GB would only barely make it. I would reccommend at least 1.5 GB for XP, and 2 GB for Vista
